Refund policy

Order Cancellation

Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of purchase. After 24 hours, orders are automatically processed by our fulfillment partner and can no longer be cancelled or modified.

Returns & Refunds

If you received your order and the product is unopened and unused, you may return it within 30 days of delivery for a refund. The customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.

For health and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns of opened or used products.

Shipping costs are non-refundable.
